Recreational divers

Liveaboard & travel divers

Built for remote islands and weeks at sea with no signal. Everything works offline; syncs when you're back online.

Track many certifications, monitor gear service intervals, and keep a clean record across hundreds of dives.

Students & new divers

Friendly first-dive wizard, gentle safety-stop prompts, and room to grow as your dive count climbs.

Built for real divers.

Reef works where other apps fail — on liveaboards, remote islands, and anywhere with no signal.

Common questions

Quick answers about pricing, offline use, languages, and exporting your dive log.

Is Reef free?
Yes. Reef is free for up to 25 dives with every feature included — photos, gear tracking, certifications, stats, and the dive site map. Reef Pro unlocks unlimited dives and cloud sync across devices.
Does Reef work without internet?
Yes. Every feature in Reef works fully offline. Data is stored locally in a SQLite database and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
What platforms does Reef support?
Reef runs on iOS and Android. A single Reef Pro subscription works across both platforms.
What languages is Reef available in?
Reef is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Thai — 8 languages as of version 1.0.4.
How does Reef compare to a paper logbook?
Reef covers the same fields a paper book does — depth, bottom time, gas mix, conditions, buddy, notes — and adds photos, gear tracking, certifications, stats, and a dive site map. Unlike paper, it can't get wet, lost, or run out of pages.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In Settings → Sync & Data → Export Data, Reef writes a JSON file containing every dive, gear item, certification, and dive site. You own your data — export it any time.
